Kyle S. Martin


Mr. Martin represents financial institutions, for-profit and not-for-profit developers and operators in connection with commercial lending, public financing, affordable housing transactions, corporate governance and related business-matters.

During law school, Mr. Martin held positions with several private law firms and a for-profit real estate developer. He was also a research assistant contributing to Limited Liability Entities: State By State Guide To LLCs, LPs and LLPs (Wolters Kluwer, 2012, authored by B. Borden with R. Rhee). Mr. Martin also maintained a position with LexisNexis, contributing to the development of the Real Estate Practice Advisor, a new online resource for transactional real estate practitioners. At graduation, Mr. Martin was awarded the Max M. Lome Memorial Award for his work in Urban Law.

Mr. Martin is admitted in New York and New Jersey.

Representative Matters of Note

  • Member of the team that represented a prominent lender in a $50 million loan to the purchaser of the historical Wildenstein townhouse on Manhattan's Upper East Side, which was noted as the priciest townhouse to be sold in the City's history at the time.
