As a member of the Transportation Practice Group, Ms. Klein represents ground transportation, technology and related businesses and government entities to ensure compliance with statutes and regulations in all 50 states. Ms. Klein counsels clients on a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, strategic planning, procurement, litigation, regulatory due diligence, expert witness testimony and reports, administrative law and public policy. In addition, she drafts and analyzes proposed legislation and regulations on behalf of clients for compliance with Federal and local laws relevant to the transportation industry.
Ms. Klein also counsels on commercial and residential real estate transactions, largely in the areas of tax lien and mortgage foreclosures. In this regard, she represents various groups of tax lien servicers and financial institutions through every aspect of the foreclosure process, from commencement through disposition of action.

While attending Hofstra University School of Law, Ms. Klein served on the Executive Board of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association and was also a member of Hofstra's Moot Court Board. She was awarded the 2011 Judge Edward J. Hart Memorial Scholarship for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
