David Orlin counseled corporations, investors, small and mid-sized companies on a variety of matters. His practice included intellectual property, international law, corporate structure and best practices. Mr. Orlin also advised clients on a wide variety of matters, including joint ventures, licensing and distribution, and other matters in the ordinary course of business. He also provided advice to the transportation industry.

Mr. Orlin advised foreign companies on the reach of U.S. jurisdiction and structured relationships for these companies to minimize amenability to U.S. jurisdiction. He also represented foreign companies in connection with the issuance of ADRs. In addition, Mr. Orlin advised clients on the application of U.S. antitrust laws.

Mr. Orlin was a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, as well as the New York State and American Bar Associations.
